• Do not purchase products through the Site for commercial resale; all purchases are for personal use only.

3. Product Information and Orders

• Orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders if product information is incorrect, inventory is insufficient, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We only offer shipping services within the United States; international shipping is not available. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days, and delivery to remote areas may be delayed by 1-2 business days. • We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities. These are your sole responsibility.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only; we do not guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential logistics delays or processing procedures.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Eligible returns and refunds are processed in accordance with our Return Policy and PayPal's refund procedures.
• To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service via the official email within 7 business days of receiving the product, providing your order number and valid proof of product issues. We will respond to your return application within 2 business days and provide a return address upon approval.
• To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the specified timeframe (typically 7-15 business days from delivery).
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment source within 5-7 business days after we confirm receipt and inspection of the returned product.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions, such as damaged or used products.

• All content on the Site, including logos, images, text, and design, is the intellectual property of Deliwn or its licensors.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and us.
• If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to the competent court of the jurisdiction where we are registered for resolution. For user convenience, we also accept dispute resolution through PayPal's buyer protection program.

13. Product Compliance

• All vases sold on our Site comply with the relevant safety standards of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), containing no harmful substances, and product descriptions match the actual items.
