1. Eligible Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.Shipping to other countries or regions is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Options & Fees

We offer only standard shipping for all eligible orders, with the following fee structure:
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders with a subtotal of $20 or more (applicable to all eligible regions: contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii).
  • Flat Rate Shipping Fee: A fixed fee of **$4** will be charged for orders with a subtotal under $20 (applicable to all eligible regions: contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii).

3. Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Estimated Delivery Times (from the date of shipment):
    • Contiguous United States: 3–5 business days
    • Alaska & Hawaii: 7–10 business days

      Note: Estimated delivery times are for reference only and may be affected by unforeseen factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

4. Tax Information

  • All items sold on Deliwn include customs duties in the listed price. However, local sales tax or use tax may apply depending on your shipping address, and such taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, no additional customs duties or import fees are required, as these regions are part of the United States.

5. Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier.
