Thank you for shopping at Deliwn. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery regions, shipping methods, fees, processing times, and delivery limitations. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligible & Restricted Shipping Regions

We currently ship only within the United States, including:

  • The contiguous United States

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

❌ Restricted & Non-Deliverable Locations

We are unable to ship to the following locations:

  • All countries outside the United States

  • U.S. territories, including but not limited to:

    • Puerto Rico

    • Guam

    • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses

  • PO Boxes

  • Remote, isolated, or hard-to-reach areas where standard shipping carriers cannot reliably deliver, including but not limited to:

    • Certain rural or remote areas of Alaska

    • Islands without regular courier service

    • Locations requiring special transportation such as boat-only or air-only delivery

Orders placed to restricted or non-deliverable locations will be automatically canceled, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


2. Shipping Options & Fees

We currently offer Standard Shipping only for all eligible orders.

  • Free Standard Shipping
    Available for orders with a subtotal of $20 or more (before tax), applicable to all eligible regions.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping Fee
    A flat shipping fee of $4.00 applies to orders with a subtotal under $20.

No expedited or express shipping options are available at this time.


3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after processing hours may be handled on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Shipment)

  • Contiguous United States: 3–5 business days

  • Alaska & Hawaii: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Taxes & Duties

  • Product prices displayed on our website do not include sales tax.

  • Applicable U.S. sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.

  • No customs duties or import fees apply to shipments within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.


5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking details are typically available within 24–48 hours after shipment.


6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Refused delivery

  • Unclaimed shipment

We will contact you to confirm the correct shipping details.

  • If the issue is caused by customer error, a re-shipping fee may apply.

  • If the issue is caused by carrier error or our mistake, we will re-ship the order at no additional cost or issue a refund as appropriate.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
