Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Deliwn. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before initiating a request.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped (i.e., the item received is different from the one ordered).
- Returns for reasons such as change of mind, size mismatch, or aesthetic preferences are not accepted.
- All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with no signs of damage or wear.
2. Time Limit for Return Requests
You may initiate a return request within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed.
3. Steps to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at service@deliwn.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos/videos of the defective or incorrect item.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and a dedicated return address via email — this label covers all return shipping costs, meaning you will pay nothing for returning eligible items.
- DO NOT ship the item back to the original shipping address — returns sent to this address will not be processed and may be lost.
- Pack the item securely with the original packaging (if available) and attach the prepaid return shipping label. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
4. Fees for Returns & Exchanges
- No return processing fees will be charged for eligible returns.
- Return shipping costs are 100% covered by Deliwn for all approved return requests, via the prepaid shipping label provided to you. No out-of-pocket expenses are required from customers.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (this may take 3–5 business days after delivery to our return warehouse), we will send you a confirmation email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.
- The refund amount will be equal to the full purchase price of the returned item (including any taxes paid at checkout, excluding local sales tax/use tax which is non-refundable).
- Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider’s processing times.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a defective or incorrect item for the same product (in stock), please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are processed after we receive and verify the returned item, and the replacement will be shipped to you via standard shipping with no additional fees.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, customized vases (if applicable) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
